Privacy
A minimal-data approach.
WebNet Solutions uses the information you submit through the contact form to assess and respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, organization, contact details, location, project requirements, budget range and desired timeline.
How information is used
Enquiry information is transmitted by email for communication, project qualification and service-delivery planning. It is not sold or stored in a public website database.
Security and anti-spam
The form uses server-side validation, a honeypot, rate limiting and, when configured, Cloudflare Turnstile. The application uses an irreversible IP-derived reference in memory for abuse control and does not include the raw IP address in notification email.
Email and analytics
Email delivery sends the submitted enquiry to the configured WebNet contact address. Analytics, when enabled, records non-personal interaction events and must not receive form content or personal contact data.
Retention and rights
Enquiry email is retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the public email address listed on this website.
